In-Office and Hybrid Employees

We operate out of two main office locations. Our main headquarters is located in downtown Seattle, Washington a few blocks away from Pike Place Market and a quick bike or scooter ride to the International District and Pioneer Square. A majority of our in-office and local-hybrid staff work out of this main office.

Our California East Bay office is located in the City of Oakland, just a few steps away from Lake Merritt and a short walk from Chinatown. Our Oakland team is smaller, just over a dozen people, but we keep things lively with regular team get-togethers and inter-office travel.

Remote Employees

Cascadia's operations, IT, and administrative support staff provide a wide range of support to employees no matter where they are. We build team culture with a mix of in-person and virtual events, annual get-togethers, and a growing internal communications hub.
