Cindy joined Cascadia in 2024 with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Operations. Cindy currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Cascadia. In her role, she leads her team in developing critical employee support functions and resources. Cindy is dedicated to fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture that empowers employees and drives organizational success through continuous growth and development.
