Eric Franzen

Eric leads business development at Cascadia, working with teams across the company to build our core business, facilitate partnerships, and support expansion into new markets. Eric tracks the company’s pipeline of new work, oversees the business development team, and juggles deadlines to manage the creation of pitches, proposals, and targeted marketing materials. He excels at translating high-level goals and complex ideas into clear and cohesive proposals. When Eric isn’t coordinating with partners or writing cover letters, you’ll find him sailing, mushroom hunting, or in pursuit of pizza.
