Julie Cerenzia

Julie joined Cascadia in 2024 with deep expertise in sustainability and sustainable materials management policies. In her most recent job as the Director of Research and Information Services for Bryant Christie (BCI), Julie focused on global packaging sustainability policies, including research and analysis and technical policy tracking for EPR, as well as a wide range of other regulatory topics. Prior to that, Julie spent 10 years at the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington DC before earning her PhD in public policy. Julie and her family have lived in Seattle for the past eight years, where she is quickly becoming an avid (if not skilled!) gardener.
