Kennidy Stood

Kennidy has been a member of Cascadia’s Communications and Engagement team since 2021. Before joining Cascadia, she spent five years in various community building and leadership roles, including leading trauma-informed care programs in Los Angeles public schools. At Cascadia, Kennidy supports equitable community engagement across a range of topics. Her professional passions include community health and wellness, sustainable transportation and mobility justice, healthy stormwater systems, and partnering with community-based organizations. She is committed to anti-racist project management and to regenerative and systems thinking. As of 2024, she also supports Cascadia’s Consulting Operations team, working to enhance efficiency and equity in staff planning. Kennidy holds a BA in Consciousness-Based Community Development from Maharishi International University and an MA in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training. In her free time, you may find Kennidy daydreaming, trying out a new recipe, or gushing about a cool animal.
