Lily Laurence

Lily Laurence joined Cascadia in 2024 as a sustainability consultant and project manager, with a strong focus on business strategy and creative group facilitation. Working out of Cascadia’s Oakland office, Lily leads communication and engagement projects across topics including upstream waste prevention, technical assistance, community based social marketing, community co-design, and research. She brings deep leadership experience supporting mission-driven efforts, an MBA in Sustainable Management, and an educational background spanning cultural psychology and ecological design. Lily enjoys dabbling in various arts and trying to keep her kitchen herb garden alive!
