Lucy Harrington

Lucy Harrington (she/her) is a sustainability and climate professional with over six years of experience in research, analysis, and project management. As an Associate on Cascadia’s Planning and Facilitation team, she leads and supports greenhouse gas inventories, climate action planning, policy analyses, and stakeholder facilitation. Lucy applies her multidisciplinary background to help local governments, agencies, and organizations integrate climate mitigation and adaptation into their plans and policies. Her work spans technical analysis and strategic planning, including conducting multi-jurisdictional GHG inventories, assessing climate vulnerability for transit infrastructure, and developing sustainability and climate action plans. Outside of work, Lucy loves to alpine climb, roller-skate, craft, and explore hidden gems of Seattle.
