Lynn Knapp

Lynn joined Cascadia in 2015 and currently serves as a co-Director of Communications and Engagement services. In her role as co-director, she manages and advises on several projects, with a focus on equitable engagement and behavior change. She supports clients, including Seattle Public Utilities and various cities around Puget Sound, with residential and business outreach and engagement, across a wide variety of sustainability actions, including waste reduction, pollution prevention, and water conservation. She is especially passionate about wastewater systems and improving water quality in our beautiful region. In addition, she has over 15 years of event planning experience, supporting clients in developing sustainable and engaging events. Lynn has a BS in Environmental Science and minor in Sociology from Huxley College of the Environment at Western Washington University. In her spare time, Lynn enjoys snowboarding, surfing, beach volleyball, and exploring tide pools.
