Maddie Seibert

Maddie engages communities and creates strategic plans for climate and waste management projects at Cascadia. She thoughtfully brings diverse communities to the table and facilitates conversations on issues ranging from building decarbonization to used motor oil recycling. Maddie is also a thorough researcher and problem-solver on a variety of projects across lines of business. She never misses a chance to analyze and propose solutions for food waste reduction and recovery systems for clients including state agencies, local governments, and individual organizations. Maddie has a B.A. in international affairs and a B.S. in environmental science from Northeastern University, and a Master of Global Affairs and Public Policy from Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University. Outside of work, Maddie is usually out cycling in the hills or planning her next road trip to a new corner of the USA.
