Ruth is a Cascadia Principal, bringing decades of experience designing and implementing long-running resource conservation programs that deliver consistent, measurable sustainability outcomes for clients and communities. An expert in centering racial equity in strategic planning and program design, Ruth advises Cascadia’s developing professionals on a wide range of projects and program areas across the company, supporting high quality, growing capacity, and building subject matter expertise across our teams and lines of business. When she’s not working, Ruth enjoys exploring the Washington wilderness and spending time with her growing family.
