Sophia Swainson

Sophia has expertise in and a passion for inclusive community engagement. From developing strategic relationships to creating compelling messaging, she uses a values-based approach to engage equitably with communities. She specializes in developing engagement strategies, qualitative analysis, and written copy. In prior positions, Sophia developed and executed communication plans for a variety of sustainability-related initiatives. Her focus at Cascadia is on transportation and green infrastructure projects. When she’s not at work, you can find her out in the Cascades alpine climbing or in the Puget Sound on a dive.
