Jenny Ugolino

Jenny joined Cascadia in 2022 to provide project management and business development leadership for the Communications and Engagement line of business. Prior to Cascadia, she spent over a decade working for environmental nonprofits, managing public-private partnerships, leading behavior change campaigns, and creating opportunities for accessible, meaningful community projects. Some of her favorite roles at Cascadia include leading pilot projects, working to reduce and prevent food waste, and drawing on her team’s experience and insights to develop stellar proposals and win new work. Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the College of the Holy Cross and a master’s in environmental conservation education from NYU. When not at work, you can find Jenny dancing salsa and bachata with friends, adventuring with her partner and mini dachshund, and bragging about her niece and nephews.
