Amy Lin

Amy assists with community engagement, green business outreach, and a variety of waste-related projects. As a Green Business Support Specialist, Amy actively works with small businesses to connect them with free resources and green solutions that help cut costs and reduce waste. Before joining Cascadia, she worked with Seattle Public Utilities to examine the best practices of textile waste prevention and conduct interviews with industry experts. Prior to that, Amy worked for Barn2Door, where she conducted detailed market research on farmers across the United States and ran multiple A/B testing campaigns. Amy attended the University of Washington and graduated with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in Entrepreneurship. She is fluent in English, Chinese, and Taiwanese. When not working, Amy loves to dog-watch, spend time with friends and family, and soak up the sunshine wherever possible.
