Rachel Ropp

Rachel draws upon her almost 15 years of experience as a practicing attorney and her collaborative skills to serve as Cascadia’s Contracts Senior Manager, providing diplomatic guidance on all things contracts at Cascadia. She drafts, negotiates, and reviews Cascadia’s contractual agreements, supports Cascadia’s project managers throughout contract lifecycles, which includes providing training and resources to staff, and manages Cascadia’s database of contracts. Her work involves the facilitation of a wide variety of contracts covering a range of transactions. She holds a Juris Doctorate with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma. Outside of work, you will find Rachel spending time with her family, or enjoying some of her favorite things, which include reading, traveling, and music.
