Sarah Farbstein

Sarah joined Cascadia in 2024 with over six years of experience in the environmental sector, specializing in inclusive outreach and engagement. As an Associate on Cascadia’s Planning and Facilitation team, she supports equitable engagement, strategic planning, and facilitation across climate, resilience, and natural resource efforts. Prior to joining Cascadia, Sarah worked in the nonprofit sector, where she led public and donor engagement efforts to advance environmental advocacy. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Policy & Decision Making and Sociology & Anthropology from the University of Puget Sound. In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, baking sweet treats, gardening, and spending time with her cat, Sunny.
